Consultation Assessment

This service provides up to one hour of assessing the client’s physical and nutritional needs.  A plan will be introduced to the client following the assessment.

Training Orientation

This is an in-person training session with our trainer(s).  This service provides one hour of exercise instruction and techniques that pertain to all exercises within the workout plan.

Personal Training Cycles

These training sessions consist up to 60 sessions done in a three month time period.  The client will be working directly with the trainer(s).  The client will be participating in a customized training regimen designed to enhance (individually or collectively) physical strength, power and size. Total dedication to this training cycle is needed from clients to ensure projected results. Limited opening are availability.

Personal Training Cycles w/Consultations

These training sessions consist up to 60 sessions done in a three month time period. This service is the same as the Personal Training Cycles with the added ongoing consultation of nutrition meal plans and dietary aid recommendations. Limited opening are availability.

Group Training  (Organized Groups)

These training sessions consist up to 60 sessions done in a three month time period. This service provides training for sport and non-sporting groups. Organized groups such as youth sporting clubs, High School & Middle School sports teams and general organizations that are looking to participate in a functional exercise program will benefit from this training experience.

Training & Nutrition Consultant

This is an in-person training session with our trainer(s). This service consists of four sessions in a one month time period. It provides information on topics such as training workouts and nutrition. The sessions are designed to answers any ongoing questions a client may have concerning exercises, technique, nutrition, etc

Start Date: January 3, thru March 25, 2022

(12 week Cycle Power /Strength) 

 

Start Date:  April 4, thru June 24, 2022

(12 week cycle Strength Size)
