
Coach Rod King
Coach King has been a consultant and sports strength and conditioning coach for over 30 years. He is a Certified Strength/Conditioning Coach, Nutritionist and Personal & Group Trainer. He trains athletes of all sports and non-competitive athletes alike. Coach King has served as a football coach, strength & conditioning coach and nutritionist at high schools such as Mullen (2013 - 2017/2019), Smoky Hill (2017), and Highlands Ranch (2018).
Coach King’s programs cover resistance training, proper form and technique, conditioning, and nutrition (healthy weight gain / weight loss/ proper meal plans) for those of all ages.

My Story
Coach King’s training programs are specifically designed for beginners through advance participants. Coach King provides training for those who have never participated in resistance exercises to those who are in need of modifying their body composition in order to pass the college football “Eye Test”. Coach King continues to facilitate strength programs for high schools, sports facilities and private clients. All sporting and non-sporting goals are covered in his programs. You will get a full educational experience with Coach King.
